- Property Listing Information (for Owners/Landlords): If you list a property, you provide details such as the property address, description, photos, rental price, deposite, amenities and restictions
- Rental Application Data (for Tenants): To apply for a rental, you may be asked to provide sensitive information, including your employment history, income details, rental history, and references. We partner with secure third-party providers for services and background checks. We do not store highly sensitive data such as your Aadhar or PAN number on our servers.
- Search Preferences: We collect information about your search criteria, including your preferred location, price range, property type, and saved listings.
- Communications: We may record your communications with our support team or other users to improve our services and ensure platform safety.
- Payment Information: For any paid services, your payment details (e.g., credit card number) are processed by our trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card information.
1.2. Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage and Log Data: Our servers automatically record your interactions with the Platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Device Information: We collect data about the device you use, such as the model, unique identifiers (e.g., UDID), and mobile network information
