Welcome to Zetolet. These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Zetolet website, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you, the User, and Zetolet, a company incorporated in India.

By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; your continued use of the Platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

1. Definitions

• Platform: The Zetolet website, and any associated services.
• User: Any person who accesses or uses the Platform, including homeowners, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
• Services: All services provided by Zetolet, including property listings, rental applications, document processing, and connections to third-party providers.
• Content: All information, data, text, images, photos, videos, or any other material posted or displayed on the Platform.
• Intellectual Property Rights: All patents, copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights owned by Zetolet or its licensors.
• Prohibited Conduct: Any use of the Platform that violates this Agreement, including fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, harassment, or the use of illegal content.
• Third-Party Service Provider: Any external service provider with whom Zetolet has an agreement to offer additional services to Users (e.g., like payment gateways).

2. Eligibility and User Account

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract to use our Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
• You are not permitted to create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account found to have multiple registrations or fraudulent activity.

3. Our Role as a Platform

You acknowledge and agree that Zetolet is an online platform that facilitates connections between Users. We are not a broker, agent, or party to any transaction between a tenant and an owner. We do not endorse any specific User or property listing.

• No Liability for User Interactions: Zetolet is not responsible for the conduct of any User or any disputes that may arise between Users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others on the Platform and should exercise caution and diligence.
• Information Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, property listings and other information on the Platform are provided by Users and may not always be complete or up-to-date. We encourage you to independently verify all information before making any decisions.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and to not engage in any Prohibited Conduct, including:

• Posting content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of other Users.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than finding, listing, or managing properties, or availing our stated services.
• Interfering with the operation of the Platform, including the use of viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
• Collecting or harvesting any personal information from the Platform without our explicit permission.
• Engaging in any brokerage activity on our platform. We reserve the right to take legal action against any person found to be acting as a broker.

5. Third-Party Services

Zetolet may connect you with Third-Party Service Providers for services such as rent payments, packing and moving, or credit checks. You understand and agree that:

• Disclaimer: Zetolet is not responsible for the services provided by these third parties. Your interactions, including any payments or agreements, are solely between you and the Third-Party Service Provider.
• Data Sharing: By using a third-party service through our Platform, you consent to us sharing your relevant information with that provider to facilitate the service. We are not liable for the privacy practices of these external services.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content and intellectual property on the Zetolet Platform, including logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of Zetolet or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute our Intellectual Property without our express written permission.

• You retain ownership of the Content you post, but you grant Zetolet a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your Content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Content you post does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Zetolet reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.

• Disclaimer: The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Platform.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetolet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions with other Users or Third-Party Service Providers.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Zetolet harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, that arise from your use of the Platform or your breach of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, India.

9. General Provisions

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our Platform.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
